Context fragments
Each tool starts with a partial view. People repeat background, recover old decisions, and reconcile conflicting answers.
Enterprise operating context for AI
Koinaxis is the commercial brand for State, the working name of a governed platform that helps people, AI agents, and applications work from the same facts, relationships, decisions, work, and sources.
The product story
Teams are adding copilots and agents faster than they are building the context layer those systems need. Useful facts stay trapped in individual chats, applications, and model histories.
Each tool starts with a partial view. People repeat background, recover old decisions, and reconcile conflicting answers.
Conversation history is useful, but it is not an authoritative organizational record with clear access and source boundaries.
Without a shared layer, provenance, approvals, and operating limits get added separately to every AI application.
State, the working platform
State is the working name of the platform behind Koinaxis. It gives approved systems controlled access to shared context without tying the organization to one AI model or application.
Enterprise governance
The platform is designed around explicit records and controlled access, not an opaque pool of model memory.
Facts and decisions can retain who asserted them and the source they came from.
Human decisions, system facts, relationships, and work remain separate record types.
Access is authenticated, with authorization and project isolation designed into the service.
Shared context lives outside the model, so an organization can change tools without abandoning its operating memory.
Applications shaped by State
State is not limited to one application. The same operating context can support focused work while keeping each domain’s evidence, decisions, responsibilities, and approval boundaries distinct.
Opportunity Intelligence Engine
OIE is a developing intelligence application that uses State as its authoritative context. Its direction is to reconcile evidence, deadlines, work, and governed decisions around business opportunities while keeping approval-gated actions with a person.
OIE is a developing application, not a launched product. No commercial availability or customer adoption is being claimed.
Career Intelligence Engine
CIE coordinates the evidence and work around a career search: roles, organizations, contacts, interviews, decisions, and the documents produced for each pursuit. It keeps the agents doing that work aligned to the same career record.
CIE is an internal operating workflow, not a launched standalone product.
Software Development Intelligence Engine
SDIE is a proposed application for coordinating requirements, delivery decisions, evidence, testing, and handoffs across the people and AI agents involved in software work.
SDIE is proposed. No launch or commercial availability is being claimed.
For investors and design partners
Koinaxis starts with a direct premise: enterprise AI needs durable context, explicit governance, and a consistent foundation independent of any one model. The underlying platform is working and in active development. The commercial model, pricing, and go-to-market plan are still being developed.
Built by Jim Applebee.
Enterprise architect and hands-on engineer with experience across shared platforms, regulated delivery, cloud systems, APIs, identity, and AI-assisted workflows. Koinaxis is being developed through Applebee.io.
